Shipping Policy


We ship our products Monday-Wednesday in most cases to avoid the chocolates sitting in a warehouse over weekends. This may result in a 5-7 day delay in shipping your order. You will receive an email once your order has been shipped, and another email when it is out for delivery. If you need your chocolates by a specific date, please indicate this in the comment box upon checkout.


If the origin or destination temperature is above 72 degrees F, we will include complimentary ice packs. To ensure your chocolate stays fresh, please make sure that someone is at the delivery address to accept your order when it is delivered or shortly thereafter. We only give refunds for damaged deliveries under exceptional circumstances.  


We do not require a signature on delivery, and suggest sending the chocolates to a location where someone will be available to accept the delivery, or to a building with an indoor mail room (such as an office or apartment building). If you are sending the chocolates as a gift to a warm location, please tell your recipient when to expect the delivery so their gift does not melt on their doorstep. 

We are not responsible for missing, stolen or damaged packages after they are delivered to the address specified by the customer or for orders returned or delayed due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses. We send all orders with tracking numbers, so you will be able to track the progress of your order. 


Please use the message box at checkout to let us know if you have any special delivery instructions or would like a gift message included with the order. If you have included a gift message or noted that the shipment is a gift, we will not include a printed receipt with the order total in the box.
